Day Three was an Elvis blast. The Elvis Parkes Festival is in full swing offering an array of acts from The entertaining Blues Brothers of Sydney, to the skilled Swing Kats and a plethora high quality Elvis Impersonators like Brendon Chase and Shawn Spiteri. Very entertaining. We commenced our performance with a street parade, much like your Christmas Pageant but Elvis style. What an absolute fun Mariachi Mexican Experience and the crowd loved our interaction, silliness and singing tunes keeping them entertained. We followed on with a roving performance again in Clorinda St, Parkes and it was another huge hit. We entered the Elvis Central Station and played to a fun crowd. They were dancing and singing to some RocknRoll tunes. We then hit the streets yet again performing and there was nothing short of a photo taken. People flocking in as we sang Mexican Mariachi tunes along with Elvis numbers. We were only meant to play for an hour but I think 2 hours went by as we lost track of time. Why? Just having too much Elvis Mexican Mariachi Fun in Acapulco. Ole. This is a festival not to be missed. Its friendly, family oriented, great food, amazing staff and outstanding entertainers.

Elvis Parkes Festival with The Three Amigos Roving Mexican Mariachi Band Adelaide Australia

Each day just keeps getting better and with a crowd of 22,000 right in the heart of Parkes festival its an exhilarating experience. We, The Three Amigos Roving Plus 1, Australia’s favorite Mariachi Mexican Band commenced our performance staged with an interactive fun crowd. We started off with a great song called Tequila which got the crowd in Tequila spirits. Ole A few rocknroll numbers again like Shake Rattle and Roll to See You Later Alligator and some good ole classic Elvis tunes like Hound Dog and All Shook Up. The up close and personal roving Clorinda St in Parkes is certainly where we thrive as a roving act. Is it fair to say we got ambushed with photos singing a mix of Mexican, RocknRoll and Elvis tunes the crowd much appreciated. We could have kept playing for many hours but at some point we had to rest our Mexican bodies, rejuvenate for the next days performance.

Who says Elvis is dead. There are plenty of Elvis right here in Parkes. The Iconic Elvis Parkes Festival has been running for 26 years ! WOW and this years theme is Fun In Acapulco which has a Mexican theme. This is where Australia’s favourite Mariachi Mexican Band Australia steps in. Our first staged performance was well received and the crowd really enjoyed our performance. Even the kiddies. For the children during our soundcheck we played them a Wiggles song, “Toot Toot Chugga Chugga”. We couldn’t help ourselves.  We commenced with a few Mexican Spanish Mariachi flavory tunes like Guantanamera and then hit them with a few Elvis numbers like All Shook Up and Hound Dog. And if you think what else can this versatile act do. I’m glad you asked. We can also sing some RocknRoll numbers like See You Later Alligator to Shake Rattle and Roll.

Exciting News Gringos. Australia’s favorourite Mexican Mariachi Band, The Three Amigos Roving will be travelling to and performing at the Elvis Parkes Festival 7-9th Jan 2016 in NSW. Its “Fun In Acapulco” Muchachos. Its a huge 3 day event that attracts about 50,000 people if not more and we look forward to being right in the heart of it.  We will be singing classics like Hound Dog……Mexican Mariachi style

A multicultural wedding that made it all the more fun in South Tce, Veale gardens. The Three Amigos Roving plus 1, (thats our exuberant Trumpet Player) played to a mixed and highly fun crowd from Latin to Aussies and Asian. Everyone loved and it was just one big family of Mariachi entertainment. The Bride and Groom managed to get up and dance and show us all a few Latin moves.

Great night with Adelaides favorite Mariachi Mexican Band although some people and it would only be in Australia call it Flamingo  music… What Tha !!!! Ole
